You will learn to manage your symptoms and negative patterns of thinking enabling you to have more motivation and productive feel good days. You will learn to live with intent and purpose.
My approach to healing is both thoughtful and holistic, combining empathy with proven techniques like Mindfulness and CBT to help people work through challenges like stress, anxiety, depression, adjustment, conflict and couples hurdles and/or setbacks.
I offer a safe, compassionate space for clients to explore their true selves as a powerful foundation for personal growth. My emphasis is on building healthier patterns of thinking and offering actionable tools, which reflects a well-rounded approach to healing and long-term well-being.
